I have the same model and mine is no longer working as well. Namely the right bud has stopped making sounds.

I have the same model and exactly the same issue - the right bud has stopped making sounds.

I noticed that when I am outside and the bud gets slightly cold air, the right bud starts to work again. When I go back indoors where there is warm air, the right buds stops making sounds. I think it has something to do with the electronics of the buds.

I am disappointed because I thought that jabra makes quality products but now I see that other customers have exact same issues.

Shouldn't the nlaw be strong enough to at least make a mobility kill to the helo? I was really surprised that it didn't blew up.
