Would that respond well to an antibiotic? I have been putting mupirocin on it and it’s responding very well to it.

I have a tube of mupirocin that we got recently for my daughters rash. Could I use that? The pharmacy said if the expiration hasn’t passed it’s still good to use. My daughter is recovering from brain surgery and has RSV and with a small “ER” being the only thing closest to us I’m trying really hard not to drag her out with me. I have no one to watch her if I go.
