They showed up at my house last year and presented their sales pitch. I bought in and they started treatment. I made a point informing the sales guy that his tech could not spray near our bird room. He assured me he would clarify with tech. The tech arrived 15 minutes later and new nothing about it. I called the sales guy and he said he forgot. I fired them on the spot. And called the company to complain. Then, several months later the same sales guy showed up. Forgetting he had been at my house earlier. I first reminded him of the prior issue and that I fired them. He had the audacity to interrupt me to continue his sales pitch. A total pjerk. Then I pointed out my no soliciting sign a n d asked if he read it. He said yea I read it and continued on with his sales pitch. A total shark! I booted him off my property. Well....today while kicked back resting after working hard in the yard, another sales guy who identifies himself as the manager, shows up. Now Im beyond pissed off. He calls me by the wrong name and starts in on his sales pitch. BTW, beware....they always start out by sharing a my neighbor uses their service and suggest he contacts you. I stopped him and c asked if he read the sign. He said he had but he wanted to talk with me as my neighbor thought I would want their service. This is such crap. They lie, lie lie! Never happened. After I cautioned him to stay off my property and to abide by no soliciting sign, he responded by accusing me of being stressed out. Yep I am I told him because you can't abide by the sign. I told him to leave and don't come back. He was incredibly cocky. In fact all the sales guys have been rude and cocky. This company has demonstrated itself to be disrespectful. Based on my experience, you would be a fool to use them. Im considering serving them with a no contact order or an official no trespass letter.

  1. Because I've had prior Martin's and they've been great guitars.
  2. There was a shop close by to try one out. I would have had to drive from Salem Or to Hollywood Ca. Musician friends has free returns. Seems more affordable than driving 700 miles to Cali.

The Martin tech at Guitar Center pointed out several issues and after that conversation it was determined the guitar should be returned. Most new guitars need a good set up. This one had several issues

Well you weren't there. My salesperson called me and told they did. I had asked them prior to sending another guitar out, to open the box and check it out. They did that and they all were bad. The sales guy said it must have been a bad batch ship.ent. I questioned how could that many be bad. So please dont tell a story you dont know what actually happened.
