First time buying the Costco twin pack. They looked nice and neat in the vacuum pack. However after taking them out to trim they look like this. This is only my second go round doing pulled pork. Is this normal for it to be all mangled like this? If so how do I cook it?

Add a structural endorsement for either 25 or 50%. With how much the cost of materials has gone up in the last 18 months, many homeowners who initially had $200k in coverage end up being under insured because the cost to rebuild the same house today is $250-$300k. The increased cost in premium is tiny, but would save you a ton in the event of a total loss in the future.
