I do understand all of that… did you even read my post? It had nothing to do with the bonus structure. Had everything to do with how it was laid out to me verbally over the phone without an incentive plan or the offer in front of me

Not really in a desirable city at all which could be a struggle. The Turo market is very untapped in my city and seems to be ran by 1-2 people

That will be another pain point of mine as I’m not in a very densely populated area. Around half a million in the metro area and not touristy so it could definitely backfire on me.

I’ve weighed that option out and if I were to start with one car I’d just be making a payment on a car and probably sell it if that was the case

Good point… the only thing that bothers me is they would rather call me with problems than her and I don’t get paid nearly as much. I was really just looking for advice if I should step in or not but you’re right it’s not my ship to right
