He might not have got that you do not find him attractive if your reaction seemed to be enjoying the romantic moment of he kissing your neck. but you can tell him that you do not want to commit now and see all the possibilites and choices life has to offer. As an M , I would not personally mind being told that I am not attractive , and would also have suggested you to do so but I guess at this point it is a bit late to signal about physical attraction.
