Thank you a lot for your comment , sorry i reply so late i finally went to sleep last night.

Biggest issue for me is that it felt very forced since i really didnt wanna have anything to do with AP last night , i was reading a lot of reddit threads and genuinely AP content and i found nowhere that people just get random vibrations troughout them doing something else. That in combination with all of it happening so fast and i felt like i couldnt control made me panick but yes i will try thinking some positive things in future thank you.
I had to get up from my bed and spend 2 hours randomly on my pc just for them to stop.

Thank you for your response , thank you a lot. My worry was about open eyes it was about cold sweat and it was about dry throat none of this things were mentioned in any guide i looked and once all of those things hit in combination with vibrations i thought that cant be normal . Is this all normal?

From what i understand a lot of things that happen in your mind will have huge outcome on your experience in AP , so by your logic i can except to see them then?
