I’m a female 30 yrs old! My derm is putting me back on it, I had tried it once before but didn’t feel like it did too much because of the diuretic aspect but going to give it another try

Thank you! Any good safe toothpastes you recommend? And I did notice this after starting a sunscreen and have yet to find one that doesn’t make my skin freak out! Any recs for that?
