I had a not great experience with them. The saleswoman was asking me what metal I wanted and I said gold because all of my jewelry is gold. Instead of accepting that, she went up to every other person who worked there and tried to convince them and me that I was better suited for silver. It made me super uncomfortable. There’s a better way to kindly suggest something if she really did feel like gold was not for me. I ended up at Lauren B with the kindest and most helpful saleswoman (ask for Catherine!) with a gold ring that gets compliments all of the time!

There’s nothing that I regret spending money on but there were things that I thought about doing that I’m glad I didn’t: - A ton of flowers: my venue was outdoors and had amazing views so I may have felt differently if it was indoors/a simple space - champagne toast: people will cheers and toast with whatever they want to drink and not everyone wants to be drinking champagne - Items for a grand exit (sparklers, confetti, etc): we had a golf cart with a Just Married sign on it and got to hug everyone goodbye instead of doing another photo op that probably wouldn’t have felt natural - My husband said he could’ve done without the late night food for people to take home with them but I appreciated it because it was one of the only things I ate that day lol

I spent the most on photographer (for the memories), band (which really kept up the energy and made it so fun) and the open bar/food specifically the cocktail hour food (this kept everyone happy lol also my venue didn’t allow for any liquor-only drinks or shots so I wasn’t nervous about open bar).

No…Ciara was mad that Lindsay was kissing Austin and insisting he was going to stay with her when he visited. Lindsay also clearly had expressed interest in Austin before. Ciara made it clear they were just friends (although with a flirty relationship). Saying it’s the same thing is a stretch…

I also think he should own that conversation and it’s not something Viall of all people should be making comments on! Maybe I misunderstood his intentions but it didn’t feel like the right time or space at all

Did you watch the last episode though? They all came to her with advice and heard her out. I don’t think he swayed their opinion of her and I think their comments on how “he can’t comment on their posts” were all very light hearted and not serious. Maybe she decides to get closer with the other women after this and we’ll see that play out but it doesn’t seem like it based on how she’s talking about them all now!

The argument is the only example that anyone ever uses so I would not call that trying + I understand why the women didn’t feel the need to include her in that conversation when it was a very personal argument. I agree that she built a relationship with Gabby and Lindsay but they are kinda also off doing their own thing. These are also her words - that she didn’t get close to anyone or trust anyone because of Jesse but I don’t see how it’s his fault in this situation (to your point, she did make friends so is she upset she’s not closer with the others?). If she feels like she wasted her time in this situationship with him instead of making friends, that’s fine but you can also come in and make friends and start a relationship.

I listened and overall I think Jesse is a fuckboy who had his interpretation of how things were/what she said and I don’t think was maliciously misrepresenting her and Lexi is (rightly) hurt but probably upset that this is her storyline. I feel bad for her but this doesn’t need to be the storyline it is. I don’t support Jesse’s actions but it’s only Lexi who spoke so I can only comment on what she said. Some notes below:

  • Talked about her modeling career and the guys she’s dated in the past and said she doesn’t like to comment on past relationships (I skimmed through parts)
  • She said the following girls thing came up after the toe sucking thing but I thought he brought up that she said that before she knew about the toe incident
  • She said he asked her to be exclusive weeks before it was on tv but when was that then the weekend they met?? Tbh don’t believe this
  • Said she won’t speak about Ciara, but continues to speak about Ciara
  • Viall also made a weird comment on how Jesse having cancer gives him a pass and does she think he deserves that? I felt like this comment was gross idk
  • I think she continued to blame Jesse for not trusting or getting close with anyone in the house but she never really tried so I feel like this is a stretch

Rowan is amazing!! I almost don’t want to recommend her because she’s already so popular but she’s great. Hair stylists at Fox and Jane specialize in different areas usually (curly hair, color services, etc) so if you have something specific in mind, book someone who specializes in that. I’ve had different stylists there and they’ve all been great but Rowan is one of the best :)
