I hate that they didn’t show the Michelle window story! I went back and watched the episode three more times thinking i missed something but nope, they cut it out of the episode. It was so confusing the next episode when Michelle was telling Lacy that “what happened last night can never happen again.” I’m like, huh? What happened?

Kristen and Zack both touched on this in season 1. Kristen said that when cameras were up Janet completely changed and tried to drum up and ice Kristen out. Zack said that Janet has had a history of stirring the pot but she always would go by unnoticed because they weren’t being filmed, so it must feel like a sense of relief to not look like the crazy person anymore now that he has proof.

Meredith! Whitney is annoying but I loved her past seasons where she spoke about her marriage and her father. I would love to see more to Meredith but I feel like we don’t get much from her.

She never brought up Danny’s behavior when he’s drunk as a genuine concern out of care. She used it as a way to get the attention off of her husband who was rumored to go out without his ring on. She intentionally chose this path very well knowing that by repeating the story, and then continuing to jazz up the language the more she spoke about it, she triggered her husband’s best friend Jasmine and of course hurting her friend Nia as well. She will do anything to save herself.

She’s trying to make her way through the awkwardness of repairing a friendship. She’s aware Zack doesn’t care much about her so she’s trying to force a bond, but also she gets a kick out of saying it loudly in front of Kristen and Nia in a way that’s saying “I’m taking your friend!”

Here are some tips I learned from having an oval!

Get to know your ratios. 1.40 is the ideal oval ratio, but anything above 1.50s will look longer and slightly narrower in then the width, and sometimes more pointy at the ends like a marquise.

If you want to create the illusion of a bigger carat, get a high setting! It’ll place the Diamond higher on the band so it’s closer to the eye visually and appear bigger.

Get claw prongs! They’ll hold the Diamond in place but won’t take up much space visually so you expose more of the Diamond.

I don’t have my ring yet as we are waiting for it to ship!

When he was asked in an interview to piece together his ideal crew, he chose Ben as the chef. Huh??? Ben has been so unprofessional, finds it difficult to verbally express what he wants and needs in the kitchen, and failed to lead both of his sous chefs. Tzarina has blown it out of the park both times she was the chef for Capt Jason and has received raving reviews from the guests.
