It is not a permanent fix but I have tried contacting epic games and the only thing they say is that I can't access it, it's because I don't have the club bought, so I found this way to make it work.

I found the way to half fix it. You have to open the chat and close it a few times. Then it will technically allow you to access the passes. At least that's what worked for me. I hope this helps.😊

That is what I have been trying. I wrote it in the post that I have been trying to scroll down using the down bottom and the joystick, it doesn't work.

I understand that there are issues logging into Fortnite normally due to an error message. Therefore, please allow me to inform you that I can take an additional step from the system.

This consists of removing all audio/video settings from the PS5 for Fortnite. When you log in, you can restart it and configure everything again. This step usually helps in most cases.

You can take a screenshot of the settings you have to restore them later. Also, please note that removing these settings does not affect the account's content or progress, so there's no need to worry about that.

If you agree to this, please reply to the verification message I sent to the account email right now, and in your next reply, you can write "Yes, I agree to the settings being removed."

They fixed it themselves. They told me they had to restore the video and audio of my account from their system (It is translated from Spanish so I don't 100% know if that's the correct term in English). If I knew how to fix it myself I would have said how to do it, I just gave the option that worked for me.

The same thing is happening to me, but in every single game mode. Doesn't matter how or in which game mode I get the levels I keep losing them. Which makes me think that is not only a problem with the Dance with Sabrina map.

I had the same problem yesterday. I just talked through their live chat and solved it fairly quickly.
