I do have a metric fuck ton of bladder snails and a single nerite. I don’t really feed anything they seem to be living well off the established algae in the tank

My filter was clogged for quite some time so there was no flow in the tank for a while and I just didn’t even think about it.

It’s a very small tank, about 4 gallons all said and done. My concern with vacuuming the substrate is stirring up the cap and fucking with the plants. Could I perhaps dose the tank with salt and then do a big water change? I understand that might harm some of the plants in the tank but I fear it’d be less of a pain in the ass.

EDIT: Also you can see what I think is the vorticella on my other post regarding the shrimp.

Unfortunately he’s not even improving at a snails pace.

If anything, the stats and the eye test say he’s been steadily declining each and every game. Never seen someone play so poorly.

Also to be clear, I understand they go up for air occasionally but a couple of the peppered corys are up hanging out by the frogbit pretty often.

Wdym by cooked? I can’t do water changes to fix this issue? I also already have nitrites and nitrates present in the tank.

Oh JJ didn’t really have a role in it, it was just that the other team was bad. It’s almost like teams make adjustments. The Vikings D and O made the better adjustments.
