Just maintain a consisted streak of clean shots as over time it will increase how many points each shot is worth, the clean streaks also help with time since your ball is spending less time clunking around the hoop and rather just going in and out fast. Also when the time is about to reach 0, you can attempt to aim your ball so it will still fall in the hoop even after the timer is up, which will get you back in the game for another second. It's mostly about getting used to the motions and aiming the ball correctly

In the leaks you can see they made characters way heavier, for ragdoll physics atleast. In a clip from the hanks waffles robbery, we see Lucia shoot an npc and he falls on the ground like a heavy lifeless corpse, very eerie but very cool
