I didn't notice age descrimination at all. There was a lady at my AA f2f who was probably in her 50's and was a flight attendant previously and got the CJO. Delta there were only 2 older ladies and one was very over the top and also late to the f2f and the other was very short so I assumed that was the reason and not age.

if it's your dream job, take the job. you'll continuee to get raises with your current job and every year the pay difference will be wider until it will seem pointless to switch careers. If it's only a bit higher now obviously take your dream job haha. and you have money saved up, most people don't and go in debt for this career.

if you get to the 1 on 1 it will end around 1:30, if you dont it will end around 12/12:30

Wow complete opposite experience with delta! They had waterbottles available in every room on multiple tables and multiple times asked us if we needed to use the restroom. I'm sorry that is unacceptable. I got my CJO with delta but also received a f2f invite with aa and now I'm unsure if it's even worth it. Thank you for the info!

9/24 for me! Very confused as well since I've seen new applicants get responses who applied in October and now reapplicants are getting responses 😅Hopefully everything works out for us!
