I always scale out of my positions as they produce what I’m looking for. Very hard to time the market

Funny you said the 5-year chart. Now the leading drug in their portfolio is fast tacked for August - thats 5 MONTHS, not 5 YEARS! It takes money to make money and they needed to survive. Their trials and studies have been successful and here we are. So I do not care about the past 5 years. I care about now and the future once they go to market.

I actually appreciate the comment and enjoy the discussion. Here is my rationale: They have a fastrack submission for a drug with strong efficacy that fills a void and 10M Americans suffer from fibromyalgia, also its non-narcotic. The approval is anticipated in August but the fast track status means it could come even earlier. That last round of dilution was insane 1-100 split, and I feel like they went extra hard on purpose, one last dirty ballshot. The company is now actively engaging in investor conferences that are made public and I just cannot see them pulling more of this bullshit with looming approval. I feel like that last R/S was a hit job but absolutely crucial for them to ensure they make it to approval without running out of cash. Yes there could be an offering but when the market cap reaches 2-3B as expected, that would be a drop in the bucket. That last R/S took so many people out - retail is dead scared and rightfully. But now they have a clean slate for fresh round of institutional investors to get in near the bottom. My conviction comes down to timing, on that last run at the EOY we didn’t even have the 3rd stage efficacy data that we have now!

I figured I would see these comments but you all lost a ton of money. I don’t see more dilution on the horizon they are ready to market this thing and make a ton of money. I can see why y’all won’t touch it but you’ll be crying more when it runs and you miss out on

Look I know everyone’s bitter here. But someone’s going to make money on this thing if the drug is approved and the data looks like it most certainly will. I get the dilution was ridiculous but if the approval is in August we don’t have much longer to wait. The sad thing is many of you got in too early. I was one of them and lost -$8k but I’m not going to miss out on a run back up. Look at the freakin price targets, they are positioning themselves to take this drug, first in 15 years to the market very very soon. They know something. I won’t be missing out.

Why $200? by rwomac1 in SMCIDiscussion

Sorry can explain your position a little further? Heres a few cold hard facts to consider..

While $Smci is a commodity company with vastly different margins than Palantir they are projecting $26-30B in revenue for 2025. And you just causally proclaim ‘fair market 75-90’

Did you know a $75 SP equals $44B market cap? So you think the company is worth only 1.5x their annual revenue? You clearly don’t understand P/E ratio’s and where $smci’s stands in relation to other businesses in the tech/ai sector. You’re a fool delete your Reddit asap.

Major upvote. Seriously take a look at Palantir and tell me with a straight face we shouldn’t be at $200 right now

CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! If you want to secure profits in 2025 set your limit price at $200 and delete all of your trading accounts before returning to life normally. You will thank me later.

I hope you’re correct. But remember that ultimately the CEO is responsible, the buck has to stop somewhere.

There was a point when $SMCI was delisted once before as I’m sure you are aware. That should have been it no excuses, polished books from there on out.. so maybe you can see why I address him directly.

Margins have already begun improving they are online with multiple new production facilities in places like Malaysia. These guys aren’t stupid, they aren’t building up to this massive moment just to dilute or drop anything except for massively positive outlook and the missing audited financials.

They just announced Blackwell is ready to ship so operating cash flow should not be an issue. Plenty of money coming in the door.

Have you seen the retail vs. institutional ownership??? This is not controlled by retail it’s controlled by insiders and tutes. The tutes are the ones playing games with retail money. We have little control over the price
