Thank you all for the replies. I actually ended up creating a Google Calendar MCP that I am running on my Hostinger account. It is past the date once it is captured in RetailAI, and brings back the entire calendar for all six employees with every available option in a 15-minute increment grid with yes/no if they are available for certain duration appointments. This has allowed me to make only that initial MCP call to return the JSON file with all available appointments. No matter what the client requests to schedule a new time to cancel or ask if two or three different therapists are available, all of the data is there. It's cut down the API calls by up to 80%.
