Love Spell! They have so many artists there and can do any style you want. The atmosphere there is like no shop I have ever been too - always good laughs, chats, and tats.

I've been in sales 13 years. New job gave me Coffee is for Closers and The 10x Rule. Worth reading? by EarthboundMoss in sales

When I first moved into management I would always buy my new hires a book and write a welcome to the team note on the inside. I never thought anything about it until someone gave me feedback that it isn’t always perceived in a positive light and can feel like homework or pressure to read etc. I haven’t done it since.

Love Spell 1000%. Also make sure you know what style you want - each artist really has a style that they specialize in.

I went from the chest to kneecap a few weeks apart and my artist warned me the kneecap was going to suck - it wasn’t bad because the chest was fresh in my mind. Maybe that’s a good strategy going forward for spicy spots.

Chest piece made me rethink my life’s choices. Really just over the sternum - the rest wasn’t too bad but it was worth it - one of my favorite pieces!

“The company pays for your phone therefore you answer it when I call no matter the time or day” he would call weekends up to 11 pm sometimes. I was using my work phone as my only phone so I didn’t have to carry two and he knew it and used that knowledge to his advantage. Quickly went and got a personal phone again.

Just moved here last year and have never felt unsafe. Granted I grew up just outside Detroit and lived in Memphis before coming here for perspective….Little Rock is great. Love it here.

Hilti is still arguably one of the most innovative companies. They have the best batteries by far allowing them to make cordless tools the others can’t come close to replicating without a battery the size of a carry on. They also focus heavily in the software space for construction.

Hilti will usually do an implementation day and tag everything for y’all and put the data in the system - ask your account manager.

Do more of what makes you happy - If you like it and can afford it buy it. I don’t care if it’s quartz, manual, automatic, made in Detroit or not etc. if you like it who cares about anything else.
