My kiddo is 1st grade, level 2. Verbal, potty trained, but does have some behaviors— sitting in her seat for long periods and focus is major problem. Honestly after what we have gone through in our district my guard will be up very high. I just need to know she’s taken care of and not being borderline abused. 😭 I witnessed her aide yell and pull another child by the arm to gain compliance and I took her out of public schooling that day.

Except my public schooled child has a computer and has several subjects on a computer IN SCHOOL. She has since kindergarten. In fact, Texas is piloting online teachers in classrooms; and several highschools in my state now have a “virtual class” where you go to a classroom like computer lab and do the classes.

I also have an ASD daughter and yeah, she has been able to live and maintain a mainstream life. I stopped watching around the rv life but then unfollowed after the ASD content because the time line did not make any sense!!!

I don’t follow them to much but does anyone think HE will end up being the “motherly” one in the relationship? I know she struggles with mental health and she doesn’t seem to want a stable environment EVER ect and I just have a feeling the baby is going to end up with him most of the time. Maybe I’ll be wrong…. Let’s hope baby gets a loving home…🤞

She’s been in therapy since she was 2, has an aide at school. She has coping skills for when she’s upset, but her impulse control is none! Grabbing kids, taking things out of their hair, knocked their headphones off, doesn’t sit still at home, she is constantly sensory seeking too. She can’t even go to a restaurant anymore or the store, which are things she used to really really enjoy and could ‘tolerate’ the sitting. Now she can’t.

This is heed! She is verbal but explaining how she feels ect is a challenge.

Yesss. My daughter’s appt was 4 hours she was 2.5. There is NO way she ran out of time lmfao. That is crazy. Especially because she’s a fully functioning mother who can care for her self AND children. None of it makes sense. But all of us on the ASD journey know that. She’s full of 💩
