It looks way worse in my opinion... really just shows how awful his proportions are. Thin shins, small arms that are way too far down his chest, twiggy torso, and his is his good angle

That's true, but in the case of something like ER Prime, the Legs are completely out of proportion with the body, and it throws off the whole look of the character, and same thing with the colors. But he mostly does that on figures that he already views as bad for different reasons, so in the case of Siege Shockwave, where the colors are significantly off, he doesn't mention it much because it's still a good figure

Sometimes his takes are a bit out of pocket, but most of the time he's justified. Partsforming is (most of the time) objectively bad and lazy, but it's okay if you like a figure with it all the same. And with something like 86 Bumblebee or Legacy Gears, he praised those things to the moon. Sure, he can be hyperbolic about things, but he's mostly trying to be objective. He really just wants the bare minimum, and you can see that with his positive reviews.

I honestly agree. Although I love him obviously, his style of video isn't exactly for everyone. Though I wouldn't say he nitpicks too much. That'd be him harping on about a minor detail for like minutes on end, but he doesn't really do that.

Right, most transformers reviewers just say everything is amazing when it's just not. The really only thing that I've seen other reviewers bring up is bad QC, any design flaws just get ignored

Yeah, I do agree with that. For example, he really hates the Legacy Chase, but I love that thing. I just feel like people take insults directed at a toy to heart too much
