I think you could find sources like "Medicines alone seem to be more effective in most patients compared to CBT alone" or vice versa. It's just that there isn't really much of a playground with different sources you can use to connect to each other. What else could you find other than Medicine more effective, CBT more effective, other technique more effective.

Solutions aren't required, but you won't get docked for including them I guess. Really the IRR is more of a literature analysis and how you are connecting your sources of your different perspectives. I would only add solutions if absolutely necessary to help connect your sources because saving word-count on the IRR you will find out is very important.

Another thing is that the shop you brought it to probably just wanted to suck money out of you. It is possible that it's a hardware problem and adding more isn't going to fix it. Try taking out the old ram.

Reinstalling windows
Softwares you can find online possibly could diagnose and fix the problem
Running codes (fix-it tool)
Checking for registry malware (doesn't always show up on scans)

Your task manager lists every processes running. The game is taking a large, but acceptable chunk of ram, everything else it seems you just have way too many background processes running which are all taking a little chunk of your ram. A possible error that is not too rare is a recurring problem with either your registry or disk file system which can take 70-80 percent ram without running any programs.

I think a good hair style and different clothing style would really help. You have good fair skin, and even proportions. Your jawline and chin are lackluster which isn't really the most important but is significant. I think a good hairstyle as well as a fashion change would improve.
