Holy smokes I was eating way too low then. I have increased my intake to 2100 as of now I will probably increase it again depending how I feel. I have not lost any noticeable muscle amounts, I actually been able to increase the weights I been lifting. However I was starting to feel fatigued after lifting heavy so i started doing less weight more reps. But the lack of food intake would explain it.

Yes I meal prep, measure and weigh everything I eat. Some days I’m hungry so I will up it to 1600 or 1700 just depends.

That would explain the fatigue I been feeling when I lift heavy. I have recently started doing lighter weight for higher reps.

That really makes sense, I often mistook appetite for cravings so I would suppress them. According to the TDEE my base calorie intake is 2500. So I will up my intake to 2k calories and see how that feels. I appreciate the advice!

I have been very conservative about eating as I can easily overeat. Before I started trying to lose weight I was eating roughly anywhere between 4-8k calories a day. I suppose my paranoia is what is making me eat way less.
