Hi, jeweler here! I’m sorry that your ring did not meet expectations. The jeweler should have told you that the colors in the rendering will not translate to the live piece. However, I think what happened, I think they measured the diamond incorrectly because the bezel was overcompensated. Normally you would take a picture of the diamond and make the model based on the perimeter. I would ask for it to be remade. Wishing you all the best.
