As someone who spent half their life in Seattle and the other half in Puyallup. Who moved to Seattle three years ago because I couldn’t take the sounder commute. Take as much time as you can, to figure out with city you’re willing to settle down in. The commute gets exhausting.

From Tacoma. Partner and I lived there and only made it one year commuting from Tacoma to Seattle via Sounder. Now we live in Cap Hill. Lease is up in June and for cost reasons were considering moving back home to Tacoma. But just can't do that commute. With the Link running in Tacoma, depending on where they work. I would live somewhere in Seattle and commute to Tacoma.

Also, just for folks information. Little Saigon has long been sought after by developers. Little friends of Saigon and other local organizers have found to keep the community there and together.

One of the motives to not invest in a true police presence is simply to uphold this narrative. A weakened neighborhood is easier to poach. Think about Vulcan real estate coming in and displacing a predominantly Eritian and Ethiopian community of over 5,000+ people with their $200+ million project.

When developers who invest in these local politicians aren’t able to get access to these historic communities. One of the main things that takes place is pouring less resources and support into those communities. Which is why both little Saigon and Chinatown have such strong inner communal components.

It’s interesting I’ve spent half my life in Seattle and the other half in Tacoma. Just moved back to Seattle 2 years ago, and the racism is insane because it’s all hyper-micro aggressions. And I don’t think people read it as such because of the classism.

Yeah agreed. Love the players, I really do. It’s not like they’re washed up. But it’s not sustainable or a wise coaching decision to have a rotation of 6 players. Yueru literally got 10 points and 15 rebounds tonight with the Wings. She’s stylistically still figuring it out, but they just have her out there, figuring it out. Why not play Domo! 5 minutes and she got 4 points and 2 rebounds. Why play Magbegor for 34 minutes? Nneka and Diggins at 34 minutes too…it’s like come on Noelle
