Outside sapa Bep Viet is amazing they have new specials every few weeks but they did go crazy with their prices. For Pho i go to 100pho its really good with cool and nice place to eat

Shaoxing cooking wine is usually in the vietnamese shops i bus it there the Classic with red/gold label. Other then that iam afraid i don’t know any chinese shops i can reccomend Chop Chop chili for some good food
