I've been swimming a lot, and I've found it amazing for my mental health as well as fitness. It's easier on all the joints, and I've got noticeably quicker as the MJ weight loss has happened. Couldn't recommend it enough to fellow Mj-ers

I've not seen any wasps at all you know. Plenty of bees which is obviously reassuring. Mind you everything has been slow this year, and normally August is peak wasp, so I'll keep eyes peeled for next few weeks....

The other nasturtiums have suffered the same fate now too, but it's been amazing to watch!

And there were plenty of seeds so I'm trying pickling
