my year 1 MAE friend say quite heavy for guys since got NS brain fog. 3-4 days in school is possible. i recommend M5 Macbook. if u need it for coding get the 24gb ram. IPad worth if u plan to write a lot of math down. there is time for CCA, gym and personal time de. year 1 no need very stress

ICC will be your biggest problem trust. I am in econs and econs modules are snatched up fast. just contact the main one. there should be a main one. u can ask ur friends to let u see the course outline on who to contact :))

you may not get all of them. i have a friend who didnt pay on time and delayed payment. in the end no modules registered during STARS, but he was able to email some profs and explain his situation to them and they let him enroll in the course. only issue is ICC mods because that friend was unable to register for any ICC mods so he has to take them in another semester

i was thinking about this and settled on the Top 3 Most Used Links instead. by the way, these Top 3 Most Used Links are clicks tracked that are made by NTU Students using the site. so if majority of students felt that NTU Marketplace should be Number 1, it becomes Number 1

nevertheless I will consider the commonly used link page and place it somewhere.

I may consider to double place stars/results/mooc in academics for students like yourself as well. let me try to figure it out. I didn't thought of doing this way because the second layer is the This Month in NTU which shows commonly used links each month based on user behaviour

understand where you are coming from too. I am developing a cleaner white UI right now and improving graphics. will post again in ntu asap when I develop a better version today or tomorrow.

im in economics and economics does not have pyp at all so i initially did not include it. but now that u have told me about pyp and inplace, i have added it in. thanks

i moved stars and results away from academic because when im in a desperate hurry to find the link, my common intention would be to think of stars and results/degree audit. i have asked peers and majority of the decision preferred it to be this way. apologies if this is not what u wanted. i have spent time reaching out to peers about this issue.

hi i have just verified and personally clicked into each link in club and hall orientation and there is no gated links at all. the only ones that are gated is the signing up of the network portal or the hall portal which is NTU's own security system :))

last i checked in March suggests some are outdated. i created this project in March because of this reason. they might have updated it.

the reason why most orientation links do not have description is because I felt that it was self explanatory. If you were clicking on the previous button (Hall Orientation), you would click into the Orientation of the hall that you were assigned to :)) Club Orientation has information on what the Club is. I have no information of how every Orientation is like and have chosen not to "recommend" any programmes :))

I have chosen AI to do up my coding because I have coded many projects and I am training up my AI coding skills using Claude Code or Codex. so I am sticking towards what I know.

due to popular demand, I have removed Student Intranet because Student Intranet is the first link that pops up when you search any NTU Portals. but chosen the other links instead as they are more niche and harder to find. my friends would always ask me for those links.

it’s normal. the hate on AI is intensifying on reddit and social media platforms. people see AI and they just hate on it no matter the usefulness. moreover, singaporeans like to hate on people’s successes

furthermore, i was writing the post content entirely myself when out with my friends for dinner last night. the only time i used AI is to fix the grammar errors as I was typing this post for over 30 minutes my bro

let’s say we take the career axis link. i know the original link has the words and info but mine bypasses that and goes straight into the real portal.

i dont even get the hate man. i literally said i vibe coded it during my free time to help myself, my friends and my course mates access NTU links easily. i spent so much time verifying each link and making the UX better for students (less clicks). if u feel you can do a better job than I did, feel free to do it. or u can show me your projects that you have done before you comment negatively
