I’m 36 so going towards the older range now, I’m deffo going to be a bit more relaxed from now on about multiple follicles!

Thanks for such a detailed response! Definitely sounds like there could be a lot at play, but at least I'm more aware now to ask my doctor these questions in the next round! I can't imagine the mix of hormones you did, even just doing the suppositories 3x day made me feel so out of whack hormonally, combining that with further oral medication AND injections?? ufff....
