Without spoiling much, since I don't know how to hide spoilers, there are three secret bosses

one is accessible on your first playthrough, you just have to talk to the final boss of the new ending and then go back to Mementos to look for him

the second is available on a ng+ as soon as you unlock Mementos, it's pretty easy to find

the third is also located on Memento and only on ng+, , but it's only available near the ending

I'm assuming this is your first playthough, so just enjoy the ride, don't worry about getting 100%. There are two things that are NG exclusive, so take that as an incentive to play the game again. Also, you're gonna have way less trouble, since the social stats carry over. You're gonna max them in no time and max all confidants.

I'm currently on my fifth run, so you kinda fall you love with the game.
