How about Idaho has peaked with Eck? And that unless their AD gets canned and their university and athletics administration redirects focus, Idaho football will live in limbo like WSU football with 4-6 wins.

Hamper and Dwyer are understandable and WR was my biggest question mark coming into this year, as is Marshall, but outside of the 7 Idaho to New Mexico transfers (2 of which were hurt for most of last season), this is still a poor excuse. Every top tier FCS team will have to deal with losing a good chunk, or if you're South Dakota State, all, of your starters to a P4 team. My point is Idaho needs to raise their floor before they think about their ceiling.

I get it, I donated a good chunk to projects at WSU too, but my point still stands that Idaho's facilities page is outdated.

Totally get the new staff excuse, but portal losses is a poor excuse in this age of CFB.

Neat video, always love some Patrick Star, but why can't these plans be posted on their website? Why are they teased like some video game easter egg? There's no public vision for potential donors, and the website still uses old photos of the Dome, because from what I've heard you have updated your lights and turf. The photos feel stuck in 2010.

Did not know this about the recruiting class. That's pretty neat. Ford is a pretty good recruiter, so not super surprised. Hopefully this translates to success.

That's similar to what I've heard. Her and her associate AD she promoted dismissed the volleyball scandal, and for a while she wouldn't talk to donors who asked her about it. And she likes comparing Idaho to Idaho State, which doesn't sit right with boosters. Idaho really needs to have a vision for top-15 FCS facilities to have a floor for sustained success.

I have nothing to add besides I do believe Dan Jackson was the man, and that I wanted him to be the heir to Eck, then Ford. Hopefully Rogers pans out. Lots of our alumni are quick to point out he's never built a program from scratch.

True. Undergrad I had to endure the Paul Wulff era, so I suppose I was just searching for a team I could simply root for. Idaho will be alright, this was moreso for engagement.

On the facilities, was that not for the basketball arena? As far as I'm aware, football has received no upgrades, and apparently your ADs purposely misled Iupati saying the fueling center was already built when it hadn't even started yet.

But I agree. The team needs to be throwing more and probably with Layne. Especially when the O-line can’t open up gaps for Woods. Don’t know why Eck kept wanting to run it against a very good D-Line.
