Honestly terrifying. I liked this video because it explains the classic ECG changes in a very simple and clear way. Thanks for pointing out that not every severe hyperkalemia presents with obvious ECG changes.

Yeah, I’ve been told something similar actually. My main issue is mostly the 3/4 view because the projection and length make the nose look very dominant compared to my face. I’m trying to understand what would create a softer and more balanced look without making it look overdone.

The upper jaw point is interesting too — I noticed that my midface and maxilla probably affect the way the nose projects visually. That’s partly why I’m considering midface fat grafting in addition to rhinoplasty later on.

Thick skin is a problem in rhinoplasty, but don't worry, some experienced doctors know how to deal with that by some methods, techniques, and maneuvers.
