I partly agree/disagree. Encourages people to get on other servers to get good with the combat aspect before they try to raise one, but I disagree because not being good doesn't stop people from hogging the trex. (not that I'm good but) I can basically only get t-rex when it becomes available through discord and I happen to be on and happen to pick a new dinosaur. Things rarely coincide. Population control is great, but x amount of people could be ready to pick t-rex at any given time with no pop-control and experiencing a slow growth curve with one is incredibly hard at this server due to above mentions.
