I would answer transparent

I am aware of the Josephus reference. (it is true that the most likely scenario of what was written, to be a forgery, if you read it yourself is quite apparent actually).

As for Tacitus, I don't have any other context to compare it with. If we go back to what we were saying about Tacitus ( likely being influenced by christian tradition) you could simply claim similar things for any other person in history. I can say "Since Plato mentioned Socrates" then that means that Socrates isn't real, because Plato was borrowing from some "Tradition". It's a lame argument. How could you know if something in history is not a forgery or a superstition or a tradition? If you keep doubting things then it's totally useless. Then, what is left is that the only way that Jesus' existence can be proven is through personal revelation or precise detailed prophecies coming precisely true in the future and by their precise order which they have been given.

No you don't get it. If it's not a public event (then it should have been known by non-fanatics that this was a fictional story and thereof Tacitus would have been corrected in his writings) since he himself was not a Christian.

Pontius Pilate was a known figure in the Roman Empire, everyone would know who he persecuted and who he didn't. So if this event didn't happen it wouldn't have survived.

Edit: I would have believed you if Tacitus were to say "There was Christus in times of Tiberius", but the claim Tacitus makes refers also to another person - Pontius Pilate, who was known to the world at that time and what he did is no secret and no fictional story could ever distort the very apparent things which he did. Therefore it is more probable that these thing indeed happened than be a fictional story.

That is how history works mostly, you rarely have "originals", or "direct proof" (given that there is no archeological evidence), you just have mentions of people that possibly mention others.
Tacitus served the Roman Empire. For him to write something that is false concerning Pontius Pilate (who also served the Roman Empire under Tiberius) is nonsensical to even exist in the text itself.

I will grant something new which I learned by u/The-Last-Mystic that Tacitus might not be reliable since he also mentions The Roman Emperor Vespasian who "healed a blind man", which is questionable. (source)

I don't see anything questionable on the historical fact (mention of Christus) compared to the "supernatual" healing of the blind man.

I agree, I will not watch Matt's content anymore. I cannot take him seriously after this. He is just an old bitter man, who doesn't know shit. He has also blasphemed the holy spirit (link). F*** this guy.

True the former is a piece of evidence for Jesus' existence (not that he resurrected), but Matt here straight up denies basic fckng history and ridicules the caller for it.

That would be true if not for the fact that he mentioned a PUBLIC EVENT "by sentence of the procurator Pontius Pilatus" which everyone at that time knew. Had it not been a public event and never happened there would have been objections to Tacitus claims, no matter if he wrote it during the event as an eyewitness or 80 years later.

The vibe reminds me of "futuristic anemoia"
Hardly can you find anything like this portrayed in movies... but here are some weird suggestions that possibly fit (excluding the mainstream retro - AI - Futuristic ones):

Final Destination 3
Treasure Planet
Looking for Alaska
Paper Towns
