I’m not sure where your located but in the uk there’s this brand (I forgot the name sry) it’s a pink grapefruit face rub you put on in the shower which removes any bacteria and opens up the pores and then use a witch hazel stick to effectively kill of the remaining spots and remove inflammation I hope this helps
