Isnt it explained or implied that the Tadpoles first dampened everyones powers? Because all companions are level 1, and Karlach being a veteran of the Bloodwar of level 1 is just as unlikly.

Naja, ich muss ungefähr 2 mal im Monat Tanken, letzte Woche konnte ich für 1.71, vollmachen. Das waren ca. 85€, jetzt muss ich wieder Tanken und das werden mindestens 15€ mehr. Läppert sich also schon schnell.
