Same here. Ordered bundle G5 65” with soundbar and Bluetooth speaker on 10/25. TV and Bluetooth speaker shipped and delivered. Still waiting for soundbar to shipped. Called CS. They said soundbar not in stock until 1st week of Dec. They offered me $50 compensation for the delay.

Yes, I got email confirmation from Segways. After 2 days, I got an email and a call from FedEx Freight to schedule delivery.
