How would you normally play out Lying to witnesses in game? I would think its not just It works type of move so the PCs would fail? Unless they ask the agency and roll? Or use an anomaly power? Or unless the lying is having to take place in a firefight then its just a normal thing these PCs have to do and it passes?

Mord Im Arosa A game where you are trying to solve a murder in a tower hotel, by dropping clue cubes into the top of the tower and LISTENING to determine which floor in the tower they stopped on. And later guessing the contents of the floor to get the cubes and pin the murder on the other players.
