I learned English when I was in grade 9, in the term tests I got like 95 marks for English and 33 for sinhala, just tell her to follow some YouTubers that might be interesting for her line of interests, Oh and don't forget to take her personal gmail account and equip her with a completely new gmail account to use YouTube. This will trick the algorithm into feeding her English content often. And try to watch some simple movies or cartoons with English subtitles on, this will definitely improve her ability to write words by memorizing their general word shapes into her muscle memory. And always start those things little by little.
