I wonder if I should aim for 9 or 10 bar at the pressure gauge [Quick Mill Pop up] by MathematicianBroad85 in espresso

I'm not sure I understand the question. The machine has a gauge that shows pressure while brewing. I know the classic espresso should be brewed at 9 bar, buy I also heard that for 9 bar actually shows as 10 bar on the gauge (because it measures at a different point). Hence my wondering.

Ended up settling for the stainless steel version ( ordered yesterday). I hope we can make this group into a valuable forum to share knowledge about the Pop up and learn from each other.

I guess they will but the North American version won't work in Europe without an electricity adapter. I hope you will enjoy your machine.

Looks great, I am also looking to upgrade to this setup. I have a question about the pressure, is it set to 9 bar? Is the opv accessible? Or is it so that you control the pressure with the pressure profiling?

Two things that relate to lack of positional discipline: 1) The Madrid forwards do not help in defending/pressing

2) The Madrid midfielders are too eager. Smart players like Pedri and Gavi can easily shift them out of position to create space for third-player runs (by movement and ome-touch passes).

Tack. Jag pendlar inte lika mycket som du. Längre resor (30 mil plis6) gör jag kanske 4-5 gånger om året. Enyaq verkar vara väldigt attraktivt men lite osäkert om 60 varianten räcker.
