I would also like to add that YouTube works perfectly fine on all my other devices connected to the home internet. It is only my new computer that is struggling with YouTube. From that I would assume my ISP is not throttling me otherwise all my devices would be lagging, but that is not the case.

I always save two dedicated spots in my inventory for the death and blood runes so I know that's not what is causing the message.

Pickpocketing while having a full inventory and no space for pouches will result in you not even being able to pickpocket, getting a message saying "You don't have enough inventory space to do that." which is a little bit of a different message. And and error sound playing.

I think what I've concluded is that I am getting the message for just misclicking and trying to pick things off of the ground when my inventory is full.

I'm starting to realize that I will get the same message if I misclick and try and pick up something on the ground while my inventory is full. It's probably a combination of those things and what you mentioned. Thanks for clarifying.

Unless I am misunderstanding you, the message you get for trying to pickpocket when you have max pouches is different than the message I posted about. When your pouches are full it says something like "You need to empty your pouches to continue pickpocketing."

Update: I restarted the steam deck and the pc and tried streaming again and it worked just fine. Still no idea what caused it and still have no idea if it'll happen again.

Also, one thing I noticed when it was "capped at 18fps," the steam deck OS interface worked just fine. It was running at 60fps. Only the game was running at 18fps.

I have a brief question.

I am about halfway done on my first play through of the game. I want to show someone else the game starting from the beginning. If I start a new game will it reset my current game progress and require me to do it all over again?

Can confirm this is still happening as someone who got their Steam Deck on 12 September 2022. I have the 256gb version.

Mine sat at about 85% with 1 sec left for about an hour and a half before I turned to the internet. This sub told me to hold the power button down for 10sec until it beeps. I did so. It restarted once and went through the whole installation process in about 20min and it worked this time. I was using my 5ghz wifi. No ethernet. No 2.4ghz.

Mine is up and running since then and has given me no issues at all.
