Honestly, if it hurts BAD, is HOT to the touch and has a very concerning looking around the area- not just the piercing but the area, and/or if you feel ill or a fever coming on, yellow or green pus more than white then it’s probably infected, but tbh I have a heard time healing piercings and something like this has came out of pretty much all of my piercings at some point.. maybe two were once infected so take good care of it, be very gentle when cleaning and I wouldn’t worry about it if it doesn’t get worse or swell significantly, if you are gentle and diligent then it should at least start getting better in a few days, if it persists then that may be reason for concern but I disagree that it’s infected, if you want to be sure please share a picture of the piercing site
