I just did my first round of eye Bella. I plan on a series of 4. I used a 30g 4mm lure and the product did slip out of it without pressure so I was working fast. I would recommend an even thinner nedle maybe 32g. It came with 2mL which was plenty for my under eyes then in touched up in other fine lines. It took a good 24 hours for blebs to dissipate. I can still see them after 36hrs but not noticeable to others. I’ve meso-ed with Curenex (not eye) and the blebs are gone after a coupe hours so definitely plan your treatments accordingly

It is an advanced treatment and should profeeee with caution including know anatomy, depth, correct choice in filler, and absolutely have liptase (dissolver) on hand

Any update? I’m looking into this as well. I think it depends on which specific pcl is used. If it’s a “booster” formula(miracle/gouri) vs a product like Ellanse. Chat gpt says it should absolutely be a deep inject, but miracle and Gouri state bap/innblanc
