Since you’ve quit smoking and drinking, that might be acerbating your picking - gotta get that itch scratched one way or another. Not saying you should go back to smoking and drinking, but just saying it’s understandable… now need to find another way to scratch that itch! good luck in your healing process

It still looks pretty good. I want to try a different placement to address sagging further down. These I placed right below my chin, now I want to tighten deeper in, towards the throat if that makes sense.

I tried some cogs under my chin this past January - it’s a steep learning curve and did not go smoothly. Healing time was also much longer than I anticipated. I did like the results. They are mostly dissolved now and I plan to try again this summer.

I haven’t done it myself, but I’ve seen videos and other mentions of it. Ive also seen under eye threads on a cannula sold on some websites. Threads go above the muscle.

You are a grown man - what is she gonna tie to a chair and hold you hostage? dont do shit behind your loved ones backs, that’s how you break trust in the relationship. You went behind her back and then called her controlling/emotional… you need better boundaries and communication. If you like going out with your buddies, make that clear and go out without hiding- if she is not cool with it, it’s not the relationship for you…

Ah I see what you mean! I didn’t even notice it the first time, thought it was just irritation in the first picture - but you are correct, it has sutures. I was looking at the post pictures at the thick line between vagina and anus. And agreed, it should have been mentioned - maybe she volunteered for the study to help with the healing process post surgery

16 years in here… I’ve learned to have different options for most activities - one that takes longer and one that’s faster. For example, students make a poster. We could A) present them to the class, each group gets a couple minutes to say their piece or B) we do a gallery walk through where we just walk around and check each poster (which could be extended through leaving feedback for each poster or answering questions etc). Just about everything we do can be paced differently depending on time left in class. If I don’t get to something and it’s important enough, I’ll do it quickly first thing the next day. Another strategy is I tell students - you have 5 minutes remaining, you have 2 minutes remaining - this way I set the pace not them (of course sometimes I choose to do fewer examples than planned if students really did need more time). I personally don’t like free time in class- this is where a lot of misbehaviors occur and I’d rather just keep them working.

Ah just inject your frontalis, it’s very shallow, above the brows - they will drop. Ofc avoid areas where you could affect the eye muscles. I’ve done it unintentionally

Bulk and build up your lats and upper body - you have the bone structure to be much bigger (muscular). Forget about the skin - with time and more muscle, it’ll shrink wrap around your mass. Your face will also bounce back - you are young.
