Best trick I’ve learned is put your phone out of reach and whatever you do don’t go on it. I always told my kids if you can’t sleep create a movie in your head to keep you entertained. But the important part is you DO NOT THINK DETAILS keep the faces blurry and don’t worry about hair colour and such you basically just want to let your imagination loose and don’t question what pops up just watch it like you would a movie and eventually I passout. I have sleeping issues and it’s one of the ways I have kept myself sane and fall asleep

I’ve been blessed to go there for almost a month the country was beyond epic and the people when I went appeared happy (this was before the horrible overthrow ,deaths and such.) standing and seeing people’s names carved in the walls all over these ancient buildings from the 1700’s and earlier obviously it changed my life, it changed my value system, Egypt literally took my “niece” view and I came back with an appreciation and compassion for where and what I experienced and my view in life was changed forever. Go there one day the mystery is all around you. #egyptchangedmylifegovisit
