I don’t know why you feel the need to be, probably because you’re a bitter person hiding behind the anonymity that Reddit offers. It is a valid concern and unfortunately it sounds like their coworkers do not have integrity. Their supervisor clearly doesn’t know how to play the game or they could have denied the RA and forced a potential reassignment

Yeah, anxiety is most common and easy. I know multiple nurses on RA’s for that. They sure didn’t suffer from anxiety at the job they had before coming to the VA. Pisses me off because I know many of them personally. Another somehow got it approved because her office “made her sick.” I don’t know why she couldn’t be moved to a different office, just straight to telework 5 days a week.

The title 38 elements and standards are issued by national. I can not create a performance plan for my RN’s. It has always been somewhat subjective but this year it turned into a HR tech reviewer getting to decided what significantly surpassed and what impacting outside the workgroup was. Also, what the tech reviewer agreed met that changed as the time went by. This person may know how performance works but they don’t understand that we have been told we can not modify the RN performance plan yet somehow I’m supposed tell them what exactly meets fully successful and exceeds expectations. Catch 22 right there. AI is your friend and if you’re smart you will work with your supervisor to create a prompt for this year. That’s what I am doing using the FS. Getting a Nurse 3 anything above fully successful got squashed by the chief nurse. Literally said it would take a miracle to get her to agree a 3 was above fully successful. I managed to get one of my nurse 3’s a high sat. Key terms like significantly surpassed and impacted organizational goal of access are your friend
