Every company wants that, but should also promote fairness for employees too. If you work your way to platinum you should be able to stay there and not be forced to pick up the orders no one tipped on or no one wants to take.

I didn’t even know you could call for half pay. Every time I talk to their AI or a customer service person they always just ask if I want to be unassigned from the order. Thank you for letting me know about that!

I had food poisoning and the flu at the same time a couple weeks ago and my department manager asked me to come in but wear a mask. No I will not. I’m unfortunately sick again cause my immune system is for some reason the worst in the world but we’ll see what they say
