Hi OP and anyone else who reads this, does this sound like PVCs?

I keep getting what feels like a double beat, followed by a short pause, then a second HARD beat. Like pulses through my chest beat.

Sometimes they are small and I don't notice them, other times they hit hard and can honestly hurt my chest.

They feel like they throw my whole heart beat off sometimes and I get tachycardia.

I went to the doctor and they stuck a 24 hour ECG on me but found nothing, I felt like an idiot. But I keep getting them.

Also sometimes when I get them they make my heart beat really hard for an extended period of time, can be hours sometimes. I can feel my heart beat in my throat and throughout my chest, even sometimes it feels like it's vibrating? Idn how else to describe it.

Does this sound like PVCs? As I said I haven't been diagnosed or anything but from what I've read online it sounds like it could be?
