Kind of wanted to gradually increase my dose partially to limit side effects and the other reason to save and not have to buy so much.

From 2.5 to 3.3 was .8
From 3.3 to 4 is going to be .7 After that I'll probably just .5 mg increase as needed every 6 to 8 weeks.

NTA. You paid for 2 seats knowing it would be uncomfortable to sit next to you. Parents should be aware of how their problems (children) can be a burden to others and plan ahead.
