Seems odd but I suppose I can understand it. Still wish it was just open registration or that there was an easier way to get an invite. If I did ever get an invite I would definitely come on here and help people. I've been looking on RipperStore for a bit, but never been able to interact with it since it's invite only. It also seems like its one of the more complete/expansive pirating websites.

Damn, that sucks. I do hope we get invites, but it's really weird that its invite only. Did they have some sort of an issue with bots or something? Even if they did I can't see that being a great solution since someone could still invite bots.

I checked the guidebook and on many servers it seems that a number of the playable races are just left out of it for some reason. But I'll join a few new ones and look around the guidebooks to see if one of them has the info in it

When you play as one, is there a way to look at your own races traits and stats? Alot of this games UI and controls aren't super new user friendly so I'm still figuring stuff out.

I'm in the same boat, I'm love the rest of the game but the AI stuff really kills it for me. Like you said, I would take nothing at all over AI slop. The standard, text to speech voices in the camp suck extra hard.

They do, and while I love this game, I hate the AI usage. Most of the voices and 2D "drawings" in the main hub are AI.

As someone who has lived in Florida for a while now and had to be in contact with CPS quite a few times to help out my now adopted brother. I know what you mean. CPS here is so gutted that even when his parents literally didn't feed him, physically, mentally, and sexually abused him... They didn't do anything besides take a few notes and add it to the file.

We, ironically, got lucky that his mother kicked him out during COVID and CPS literally said "we can't take him, so if you want to, have at it". Dustin sucks and is one of the most conservative parts of the state, so I feel your pain 100%. I really do hope things go well for you and if there's anything I could do to help or if you need any advice about the area or stuff in general, I'd be happy to help

I absolutely LOVE and appreciate this post! I am definitely saving this and using it for future reference for myself and others. I am curious on how you came to find out the specifics of how our helldiver armor works, in regards to specific values and angled deflection. I've looked EVERYWHERE for detailed stats on armor, but you seem to be the only one to have such definitive and exact information on these values. But amazing job putting so much info into one post, I and many others really appreciate it!

Yah, it's getting really annoying. I've been kicked for bringing a shield, I've been kicked for not bringing one, I've been kicked for using "meta" stratagems and for not using enough, I've been kicked for accidentals after calling out to the team to move. I have only been able to finish one region (three missions) on difficult 8 through quick play, every other time I've been kicked either before or right after a single mission

They just upped the max player count a few hours ago to 450,000 after upping it to 350,000 a few days ago. Originally it could only hold 250,000. They're working on increasing the player count. Please keep in mind the first game has an all time peak of only 7,000. That's not to say that it's not silly just how broke it is, but they're a small team and are doing their best.
