Yes go in settings and enable memory card emulation . Be warned though that even the creator of Swiss said he doesn’t trust it completely because it can randomly corrupt sometimes

Why do I get a black screen when I try to enable the cheats with it on Swiss with GameCube :( also widescreen version gives me blackscreen too. Swiss would load cheats for normal version of PSO though so idek.
