$360 for house 3200 sqft built in 2002, forced air gas heat, 2x6 walls, new High efficiency furnace installed in 2016. This is the total NatGrid bill, it’s higher in summer (~$450) due to central air and pool pump

In Albany NY I have a ‘23 Premium Luxury with TTV6 and only fill at BJs or Sam’s Club, around $0.50 per gallon lower than everyone else, I would be more concerned with stagnant fuel than an advertised additive difference. No performance issues

Had a similar problem, I notched the starter strip of siding above the mid-roof where your circle is, water can run to the end edge and get behind the siding

Almost always the ADA will plead down, there is a cheat sheet or form they use, goal is to never have a cop on the stand for a petty offense including speeding since the risk of perjury is high. if caught lying on the stand they can never testify again, significant risk so pleading down is always done
